Chapter 2 of Fortnite is about to come to an end, and Epic Games is celebrating the occasion with a final event and loads of free rewards for the players who log into the game before the season’s end.
The season 8 of the battle royale is ending on December 4th with the final ‘The End’ event. The live event will support parties of up to 16 players and will reward players with 225,000 XP for simply logging in. This is set to be the last event of the game before the start of Fortnite Chapter 3 on Tuesday.
Fortnite Chapter 2 ‘The End’ Event Start Time
As confirmed by the Fortnite developers themselves, the event is set to start at 4 PM ET sharp. However, Fortnite players are advised to log into the game at least 30 minutes prior to the start time since the servers may be undergoing a lot of pressure as the event commences.
The final Fortnite Chapter 2 event may see players take on the ‘Cube Queen’, the one who’s responsible for all the Corruption Cubes found on the island. The game will be shut down after the event and the servers won’t be back up again until the start of Chapter 3.
If you’re looking to participate in ‘The End’ event in Fortnite, be sure that your game’s updated and launch it prior to the above-mentioned time.
