Resident Evil has been one of the most iconic PC games, and Epic wasted no time collaborating with it, giving some of the most iconic Fortnite skins of all time,e but as time has passed, said skins have become a rare commodity. Since its release, the skins have not returned, but fans have kept their hopes high.
While those skins are in popular demand, we cannot say for sure why Epic has chosen not to bring them back more frequently, given we haven’t had a chance to get them in quite a while, making them quite the collectibles.
Suffice it to say that these skins are closely guarded by EPIC, and whether it is to jack up the price, it is hard to speculate. The skins were last seen on April 24th, 2023, and being more than 2 years away from the market, fans are willing to pay quite the premium to bag them.

At the moment, we have these four skins, and we might see more get added with the launch of new RE games. As things stand, we have little to no clue of when they might be back, making it difficult to have hopes. Keeping an eye out for them would be difficult given the absence of a release window, but it won’t be too optimistic to expect them to come back to the game with the release of a new RE game.
Even if EPIC decides to bring it back, not all the skins will be available together, thus reducing your chances of getting the skin you are looking for. Narrowing down the possibilities is entirely up to your luck.
