Manchester City Football Club has taken a groundbreaking step by launching an official Fortnite Creative map, becoming the first football club to do so. This innovative move merges the excitement of football with the global phenomenon of Fortnite, offering a unique gaming experience for fans worldwide.
The map, named “The Ladder [Man City],” was designed in collaboration with the marketing company Karta and is inspired by Manchester City’s iconic symbols known as ‘glyphs‘. This creative endeavor reflects the club’s innovative spirit and commitment to engaging with fans through new and exciting platforms.

“The Ladder” features 11 themed arenas where players compete in one-versus-one matches to advance to the next level.
This structure not only adds a competitive edge but also ensures that players remain engaged and challenged throughout their gaming experience.
Players can access “The Ladder [Man City]” from 4:00 a.m. (ET) on July 20 using the game access code 7124-6951-4339.
To mark the map’s launch, Manchester City will release a range of content across its social media channels during its men’s first-team pre-season tour of the United States.
This includes special activations around their fixture against Celtic Football Club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. These activities aim to engage fans and create a buzz around the new map.
