forZe eSports is Establishing School for CSGO Aspirants

Russia's forZe eSports has established an online school for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players to nurture them & develop their skillset to compete at the top.

With rosters across various titles – CS:GO, DotA 2, FIFA 20 and Rainbow Six Siege, Russia’s forZe eSports has launched an online school for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players who intend to excel the game and professionally compete against the best. The enrolment process is pretty simple.

For enrollment, fill an application form (parental consent for minor) followed by an interview with either of forZe’s coach. Based upon the outcome, the school with enrolling you in either of the three skill groups – Beginner level, Amateur level & Advanced level. At the end of each level, an exam or a test shall be conducted to transit upwards. On passing the advanced level, one would be recognized as semi-professional.

The organisation also ensured access to psychologist and media specialists besides theotrical lessons and working on raw skills of the applicant. Three coaches at forZe who would facilitate the schooling process are Alexei “DSTR” Baranov, Konstantin “Pr1zraK” Krivosheev and head coach Anatoly “liTTle” Yashin.

In an interview with the organisation, Konstantin “Pr1zraK” Krivosheev said, “When I started my career as an esports-man, there were no coaches, no sponsors, no organizations, but what was there, there was no Internet, and everyone played in computer clubs. Actually, such a situation made me leave esports at one point, because it is very difficult to combine work and professional sports.”

“After the release of CS:GO, I have repeatedly gathered strong teams from scratch. In most of them, I was a leader in the game. In addition to eSports, I have managerial experience, and I know for sure how to form a strong team. It is important to identify weaknesses and develop the strengths of each, correctly set goals and motivate for high results.”

forZe eSports’ CS:GO team has won Copenhagen Games 2019, DreamHack Open Winter 2019; qualified for StarLadder Berlin Major 2019 and were runners-up at BLAST Pro Series: Moscow 2019. With this school, the organisation proposes to nurture young and bright talent to become the stars of tomorrow.
