Registrations for Free Fire India Championship 2021: Spring Split to begin soon

Free Fire Esports is kickstarting its yearly esports season in India with the first open-for-all tournament named Free Fire India Championship. The new iteration of this tournament will bring a three-week-long League session with several intermediate stages. For the first time, the prize pool of this tournament is skyrocketed to a whopping amount of ₹75,00,000 for the Grand Finals.

Free Fire India Championship is the highest level of Free Fire tournament in the country where powerhouses from all the corners gather and fight out for the lion’s share of this prize pool. Free Fire has gained a large amount of popularity in recent times and hence, its esports scene is thriving in India.

The older versions of FFIC were never at par with the current format and production level. Due to the rise in quality, several big names are going to try their hands on this title. Recently, their esports team released a trailer video for FFIC 2021, and from it, several details about this tournament have been revealed.

Free Fire India Championship 2021 Spring Details:

Free Fire India Championship 2021 Spring will start the registration process from next week and in the upcoming days, teams will have to qualify from the tedious in-game qualifier system to get to the initial stages of this tournament. In the Free Fire Cup [FFC Mode], the in-game qualifiers will take place and from that, the top 48 teams will qualify for the further rounds.

In the next round, the League Qualifiers will be held on 4th and 5th February. In this stage, the number will fall down to the top 18 teams who will play the next League Stage. This next stage will be live-streamed and held for the duration of 19th February to 7th March.

During the League Stage, the top 18 teams will be divided into three groups and at the very end, the top six teams will secure a slot for grand finals whereas the remaining teams will fight in the play-in stage. At the end of Play-ins, the remaining top six teams will qualify for the finals and we will get the top 12 teams for Grand Finals.

The grand finals of this tournament will be held on 21st March and the winning team will secure the bragging rights alongside a large portion of this ₹75,00,000 prize pool. The registration process will be announced on the relevant social media handles soon so keep an eye on it.
