All announcements, trailers, & reveals from Nintendo Direct February 2021

Yesterday, Nintendo hosted it’s first full-fledged Direct Presentation for the year 2021. The Nintendo Direct this time was mostly focused on announcements of new games coming to Switch in the first half of 2021.

While the Direct was only 50ish-minute long it included loads of trailers for titles slated to hit the Switch this year. There was a lot to take in from the show and below we will break down most of the announcements and trailers showcased. 

In the order of announcements:

  • Pyra and Mythra from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Join Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
  • Fall Guys Ultimate Knockout Gets Ported To Nintendo Switch.
  • Outer Wilds and Samurai Warriors 5 for Switch launching this summer.
  • Famicom Detective Club is coming to North America on May 14th.
  • Legend of Mana headed for Switch to release in June.
  • Monster Hunter Rise Launches on March 26th.
  • A new Mario game: Mario Golf Super Rush revealed for June 2021 release.
  • Tales of Borderlands and Stubbs the Zombie coming on Nintendo Switch in March.
  • Capcom Arcade Stadium is now available on Nintendo Switch.
  • No More Heroes 3 story and gameplay details revealed, available August 27th.
  • Annapurna Interactive’s Neon White available in Winter 2021.
  • DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power coming to Switch on June 4th.
  • Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville Complete Edition available on Switch in March.
  • Mario themed Animal Crossing: New Horizons update coming next week.
  • Project Triangle Strategy Announced for Switch, launching next year.
  • Star Wars Hunters coming later this year.
  • Hades physical release on March 19th.
  • Ninja Gaiden Master Collection launches on the Nintendo Switch on June 10th.
  • Apex Legends available on Nintendo Switch from March 9th.
  • Splatoon 3 launching early next year.
  • ….and more The Legend of Zelda announcements coming later this year.
