In Genshin Impact 4.0, Freminet is set to debut as one of the new characters from Fontaine. He will be a 4-star Cryo unit, and Hoyoverse has provided an official tease of his arrival.

Normal Attack: Flowing Eddies
Normal Attack: Executes combinations of consecutive strikes.
Charged Attack: Continuous spinning attacks against nearby opponents with a potent final slash at the cost of a massive stamina drain.
Plunging Attack: A plunging strike on the ground below, dealing damage to enemies in a particular area.
Elemental Skill: Pressurized Floe
When Freminet enters Pers Time for 10 seconds. During Pers Time, his Elemental Skill transforms into Shattering Pressure.
Shattering Pressure
- Level 0: Executes a vertical cut that inflicts Cryo damage.
- Levels 1 to 3: Executes a vertical cut in conjunction with Pers, dealing both Cryo and Physical damage. The damage scales with the Pressure level.
- Level 4: Harnesses the power of a fully-pressurized Pers to deliver Physical damage.
Pers Time
Cryo damage that comes with Normal Attack is classified as Elemental Skill damage. Once Pressure Level 4 is achieved, initiating a Normal Attack will transform it into a Level 4 Shattering Pressure.
Fundamental Force: Pneuma
At specific intervals following the upward thrust, a Spiritbreath Thorn in the form of another upward thrust will emerge, inflicting Pneuma-aligned Cryo damage. To immobilize opponents without taking their lives can be seen as a tactical approach to survival.

Level 1 — Dreams of the Seething Deep: The CRIT Rate of Pressurized Floe: Shattering Pressure will be increased by 15%.
Level 2 — Penguins and the Land of Plenty: Unleashing Pressurized Floe: Shattering Pressure will restore 2 Energy to Freminet. If a Pressure Level 4 Shattering Pressure is unleashed, this will restore 3 Energy.
Level 3 — Song of the Eddies and Bleached Sands: Increases the Level of Normal Attack: Flowing Eddies by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Level 4 — Dance of the Snowy Moon and Flute: When Freminet triggers Frozen, Shatter, or Superconduct against opponents, his ATK will be increased by 9% for 6s. Max 2 stacks. This can be triggered once every 0.3s.
Level 5 — Nights of Hearth and Happiness: Increases the Level of Pressurized Floe by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Level 6 — Moment of Waking and Resolve: When Freminet triggers Frozen, Shatter, or Superconduct against opponents, his CRIT DMG will be increased by 12% for 6s. Max 3 stacks. This can be triggered once every 0.3s.
