Godlike Esports, a leading esports organization based in India has announced the release of their COD Mobile roster. Last year on 2nd October 2021, the Godlike acquired the roster of Team Axis. The organization took its Instagram page to announced the farewell of the roster.
They wrote, “We bid farewell to our COD Mobile roster. It was a fun ride brimming with ups and downs. We wish the boys the best of luck in their future endeavors. This is a setback for us, though our journey is far from over”. The former Godlike squad had won various events in the past few months such as QSEC – All-Star Aces, Call Of Duty: Mobile India Cup – Open Qualifiers and much more.

Godlike Esports played in the CODM World Championship 2021 – SA & ME Finals, where the team could not qualify for the CODM World Championship 2021. The team finished at the 5th-6th spot after losing in the lower bracket round 2 against True Rippers Esports. The SA & ME Finals had a massive prize pool of $50,000 USD and the top three finishing teams; Team IND, Team Vitality, and Revenant Esports qualified for the World Championship 2021.
CODM World Championship is scheduled to be held in December 2021, where the top 16 teams will compete with each other for the $2M USD prize pool and the champions title. Although the event has been confirmed by many sources, there is still a question on whether the event will be played in Online or Offline mode.
