As the UEFA EURO 2020 kicks off later this week, Epic Games will be adding England’s national team captain Harry Kane’s skins in Fortnite Season 7. The battle royale title has had quite a few collaborations with popular celebrities from various fields. With a formidable player base, the game has been a colossal success for Epic Games.
Alongside the English captain, German star Marco Reus will also be getting his own skins in Fortnite. In the past, Fortnite has also collaborated with Brazilian sensation Neymar Jr. Besides soccer, Neymar is also a passionate gamer.
Like always, they will have emotes and back bling in the game excluding Gliders and Pickaxes. One of Harry Kane’s emotes apparently goes by the “HurriKane”, which is hilarious in itself. The skin will go live on the marketplace at 8:00 PM ET on June 11, 2021.
Harry Kane’s skin will be available in a bundle with Marco Reus’s skins but it’ll also be available separately as an individual skin. The price and the duration for which the skin will be up for sale on the market are not released until now.
Besides the skins and emotes, Epic Games will also be hosting a $50,000 regional event titled Fortnite UEFA EURO 2020 Cup. The two-day tournament is scheduled to commence on June 16, 2021.
