How To Get Axel Witsel Flashback Card in Fifa 21

Belgium international Axel Witsel becomes the first player to get a Flashback card in Fifa 21 after the Squad Builder Challenge went live on October 13th.

Witsel is a solid budget choice in FIFA 21 and has been in the heart of Dortmund’s midfield since his arrival. His Flashback card celebrates the apex of his career with the German side. The card boasts an 86 rating and is rounded off by a little less than impressive statistics. The SBC is quite over the top considering the reward is underwhelming, especially when you take into account the rating and usability of the card.

The SBC is divided in 3 parts.

Challenge 1:

  • No. of Players from Borussia Dortmund: Min. 1
  • Squad Rating: 84
  • Team Chemistry: 70
  • No. of Players in the Squad: 11
  • REWARD: Gold Players Pack

Challenge 2:

  • No. of Players from Bundesliga: Min. 1
  • Squad Rating: 84
  • Team Chemistry: 65
  • No. of Players in the Squad: 11
  • REWARD: Premium Electrum Players Pack

Challenge 3:

  • Team of the Week Players: Min. 1
  • Squad Rating: 85
  • Team Chemistry: 50
  • No. of Players in the Squad: 11
  • REWARD: Premium Mixed Players Pack

Witsel has been favored by many FIFA players for their budget teams. His rating has been around the 80s for the past few installments of FIFA which helped in keeping him fairly affordable for new players. But the rating does him little justice as his stats in individual made him a complete box to box midfielder, and his Flashback card shares a similar story. This card posses the same impressive numbers but the price one pays to get it in their FUT feels unsatisfying. It might be hard to find players who link up around him being restricted to Bundesliga and Belgium.
