IRL Twitch Streamers ImJasmine & Devin Threatened On Stream

Prominent Twitch IRL streamers ImJasmine and Devin Nash were threatened on stream by a random group of strangers, pressurizing them to delete the video despite not being bothered by the pair.

For those who don’t know, IRL streams involve content besides videogames, mainly to explore the real world. This genre of live streaming has grown in popularity over the years and putting viewership aside, it comes with its fair share of risks. In the real world, a streamer often has little to no control over how things are going to unfold that often might lead to all sorts of trouble.

ImJasmine and Devin Nash were walking down a road when a group ran into them, passing racist comments and harassing them upfront. “Delete it or I’ll break everything,” “Delete it. If I don’t see it, you get beat up man, because I can’t beat her. Delete it.” threatened an African-American male. Though the group tried to put an end to it the man in question just didn’t let go of it. He pressed the issue for some time and left asking to be in the clip.

Though Jasmine admitted to being scared of the bully and decided on continuing the stream anyway, things went smoothly thereafter. Given the nature of the threats, their security was questionable at one point in the stream and they were lucky to get off without getting harmed.
