In the ever-evolving realm of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), players eagerly await the arrival of the newest marksman hero, Ixia.
Ixia Release Date in Mobile Legends: Mark Your Calendars!
Ixia debut is scheduled for the 8th of July, 2023, as part of the expansive Project NEXT update, which brings a plethora of exciting new content for MLBB enthusiasts.
New Hero Ixia: Burst Type Marksman with High Mobility
Ixia, the burst-type marksman, stands out due to her impressive mobility, particularly when no adversaries are present in her vicinity. Her unique abilities make her an excellent choice for swiftly moving around the map or applying pressure on different lanes when foes are occupied elsewhere.
As part of the Project NEXT update, Ixia is positioned to potentially shake up the current meta-game with her high damage output and agility. To make things even more enticing for the players, Ixia will be introduced with a special discount offer on her basic skin during her debut week, offering a stylish way for players to welcome this new hero into their MLBB roster.
Ixia’s Abilities in Mobile Legends
Ixia comes with a diverse set of abilities that make her a formidable adversary on the battlefield:
- Passive – Arc Siphon: Ixia’s Basic Attacks and Skills apply a stack of Arc Charge to enemies on hit. Once she lands a Basic Attack on an enemy with two stacks of Arc Charge, it triggers Arc Siphon, causing Physical Damage and decreasing the target’s Movement Speed by 40% for 1.5 seconds. When the target is a hero, Ixia regains HP equivalent to the damage inflicted.
- Skill 1 – Dual Arc: Ixia releases 2 Arclight beams in the chosen direction, inflicting Physical Damage to enemies in a rectangular area. Upon striking an enemy hero, Ixia’s Movement Speed increases by 40% for 3 seconds. Enemies hit by both beams suffer double damage.
- Skill 2 – Arc Helix: Ixia deploys a canister of Arc energy in the target direction, drawing enemies to the central line after a brief delay and dealing Physical Damage.
- Skill 3 – Arclight Barrage: Ixia’s passive skill allows her to gain Movement Speed gradually when out of combat, but this effect is lost when she enters combat. The active part of this skill involves Ixia disassembling her cannons into six smaller weapons and entering the Barrage state for 5 seconds. This state enhances the range of Ixia’s skills but confines them to a fan-shaped area. Her Basic Attacks can strike up to 6 enemy units, with a preference for enemy heroes, and her Arc Siphon inflicts 80 additional damage during this period.
