JD Gaming Signs ‘Hope’ Ahead of 2022 LPL Spring Split

In a recent announcement, JD Gaming has announced the signing of Wang “Hope” Jie as their new ADC for the upcoming 2022 LPL Spring Split.

The 21-year-old is set to fill the void left by JD Gaming’s former ADC Lee “LokeN” Dong-wook, who left the squad in October 2021.

Previously, we have seen Hope play for EDward Gaming for nearly four years. The bot-laner was initially a sub for the EDG roster before being moved to the main roster. He primarily played for EDG’s development team, EDG Youth Team.

This move comes after the organization signed former Top Esports top-laner Bai “369” Jia-Hao in December 2021

After failing to produce significant results recently, it seems like JD Gaming is looking to enter the upcoming season with an almost entirely new lineup, with Lou “Missing” Yun-Feng being the new bot-lane support, joining their ADC Hope.
