Krafton Inc. has pushed some new content to BGMI as the game has received a new “Support” section to help new players and veterans in using certain features of the game that are not regularly used. Here are the details:
BGMI has been banned for almost two months now as Indian govt. put a hold on its distribution over the concerns of user privacy and links with China. There were no recent developments to the story until today when the developers decided to upload some new content to the game.
BGMI SUPPORT SECTION DETAILS
This is the first ever addition made to BGMI ever since its ban. All the seasonal update and content was put on hold as soon as the game was banned but this new feature has been fully launched in the game.
In the support feature, players can get tutorial and information on some of the lesser used features in Battlegrounds Mobile India. The videos include information on the following topics:
- How to Add/ Delete and Block/Unblock a player in the game?
- How to unlink my Social Media account from the game?
- Refund of Prime/ Prime Plus subscription
- How to delete a game account?
- Report cheater directly through in-game?
Apart from this, the developers have also uploaded the same videos on their official website, making it easily accessible for users. This is the only development and according to the videos, it mostly addressing account deletion, reporting and such features.
There has been no mention of ban or any other restriction on the game by the developers in this recent addition as it still remains a mystery with no new updates.
