Cohen joined ESL in November 2016 as Senior Vice President of Live Events and Experiences. During his eight-year tenure, he played a key role in establishing the Intel Extreme Masters, a cornerstone event in competitive gaming.

Before esports, Cohen built a robust marketing career, starting at Momentum Worldwide in 1997 and later working with GMR Marketing and Superfly. His expertise in forging strategic partnerships elevated ESL FACEIT Group’s global presence.
