Match-ups for FACEIT Major London – New Challengers Stage revealed

The FACEIT Major London is right around the corner and FACEIT has revealed round 1 match-ups for the New Challengers Stage. Sixteen teams will be participating in the upcoming event; while the best eight teams will make their way to the New Legends Stage. Eight teams have qualified through their respective regional minors while the bottom eight teams from ELEAGUE Major Boston 2018 are directly invited.

New Challengers Stage will feature the Swiss format with four rounds having a best-of-one scenario while the fifth round being an exception with a best-of-three format. The New Challengers Stage match-ups will begin on September 5 and it will span over the period of next five days, until September 9. Twickenham Stadium in the capital city of England will host New Challengers Stage as well as the New Legends Stage for the thirteenth Valve sponsored major.
