Renowned Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) esports player and content creator Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh recently opened up about his future plans for competitive gaming. Mavi stated that moving forward, he won’t be solely focusing on competitive gaming, but on all aspects of his career and life.
Mavi Decides to Expand Focus Beyond Solely Esports
In a recent live stream, Mavi opened up about his future plans regarding his esports career and life. He started off by revealing that for the past one and a half years, he has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to competitive gaming. However, in order to bring a balance between various aspects of his career, he revealed his intention to diversify his pursuits. “Now, I’ll do everything, and I’ll do it well,” he declared.
Following this, Mavi clarified that he will not leave competitive gaming altogether. “It’s not like I’ll not pay attention to competitive gaming, I’ll pay full attention to it,” he emphasized. “But I won’t be doing it solely.”
Mavi also admitted that if only focuses on the competitive field, he might have to leave the gaming scene soon. “If you want me to play only competitive gaming, then maybe I’ll hardly be able to stay in the gaming field for another one or one and a half years,” he confessed.
In addition to maintaining a presence in competitive gaming, he revealed his plans to engage with his audience through regular streaming sessions. “I will be streaming 2-3 hrs daily,” he revealed.
Mavi added that he had already grown out of competitive gaming. “To be honest, I only play competitive esports as a respect towards the ones that support me,” he said. “I don’t want to break the trust of those.”
