Images from the Minecraft movie have surfaced which fans at the time believed were just nothing more than concept arts but the latest development has led fans to a different school of thought.
Scheduled to be released in April 2025, the Minecraft live-action movie attracted fans from all around. While we were yet to be rewarded with a teaser or trailer, data miners leaked a few images that showed Jack Black playing Jason which at the time of writing has been taken down which suggests they might have been real.
By the time the leaks surfaced, Jack revealed in an interview that the movie would follow the origins of the protagonist i.e. Steve and he will take on said role. Popular actor Jason Momoa has also been cast alongside him for a negative role but nothing more was revealed in the interview.
The leaked images in question have been taken down at the time of writing but the initial reaction from fans was far from ideal. All the inferences are drawn from assumptions given they were taken down by producers, which would lead us to believe that they were real and if the movie turns out anything like it, we doubt whether it will be a success or otherwise.
