NaVi sign their First Female Valorant Roster

The Ukrainian Esports Giant Natus Vincere or NaVi has decided to tip its toes in Valorant Game Changers by signing a full Turkish Female Valorant Roster under Valorant Celestials.

Natus Vincere is one of the most beloved Esports organizations with legendary teams and a legacy more significant than most esports organizations. The team is home to many esports legends with the CSGO and CS 1.6 NaVi rosters, the internationally winning Dota Roster with “puppy” and “Dendi.”

NaVi has done a lot for developing Esports in Ukraine, with the organization’s CEO convincing the minister to include Esports Players in the Gold Reserve Policy of Ukraine.

Along with legendary Counter-Strike and Dota teams, NaVi also is home to a successful Apex Legends team, multiple other titles, and a male Valorant roster.

With Riot showing interest in developing the female Valorant scene, NaVi saw the opportunity and decided to step in and sign their first female roster as NaVi celestials.

The all-Turkish roster consists of Rehyan “Sephia” Simsek, Zeynep “Ritha” Sualp, Sureyya “Gia” Beyel, Aslihan “proxima” Uslu and is coached by Mert “Key” Celebi.

The team played together as Futbolist Jeff in the Rebels 3 tournament and won the tournament as a team. They also played together as an unsigned team called XX Chromosome. The team is yet to announce its fifth member and is looking for a fifth to complete its roster.

The organization most likely has its eyes on the upcoming Valorant Game Changers Championship in November and would want to compete in the event.

The Valorant Game Changers Championship would feature teams worldwide, including the European super giant G2 Gozen and the North American Queens of Cloud9 White.

As NaVi Celestials would not have enough points, their first test would be the Valroant Game Changers EMEA LCQ, where they’d have to beat many other teams to make it to the Championship.

For now, the New NaVi Celestial Lineup looks like follows:

  • Rehyan “Sephia” Simsek
  • Zeynep “Ritha” Sualp
  • Sureyya “Gia” Beyel
  • Aslihan “proxima” Uslu
  • Mert “Key” Celebi (Coach)
  • Lera_X (Manager)
