OpTic Gaming has signed Jacob “JuGi” Hansen and Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer from Heroic along with North’s former coach Casper “ruggah” Due to form a complete Danish lineup. In this case, Shahzeeb “ShahZaM” Khan, Peter “stanislaw” Jarguz and coach Chet “ImAPet” Singh have been benched and the organization is helping them to seek new opportunities elsewhere.

OpTic Gaming ranks third in the North American division of ESL Pro League Season 7. According to ESL rules, participating teams can only make two substitutions during the season. Hence, signing JUGi and Snappi will not prevent OpTiC from playing in the next stage.
JUGi did not perform on the professional stage since March 1, 2018, due to personal reasons. His return to the team had taken place on April 24. Snappi has been acting as coordinator of Heroic since August 2017. Previously, the composition was invited to CS:GO Asia Championship.
Adam “friberg” Friberg will be standing-in for Heroic until the end of ESL Pro League Season 7 and he has already joined the ESEA roster.
With this move, Optic Gaming’s roster looks as follows:
