Penta Esports, the esports division of Newgen gaming, is hosting a new tournament called Penta Challenge – Valorant in association with Facebook Gaming and Trinity Gaming. This tournament will be a part of Penta Esports’ newly launched IP, ‘Penta Challenge’ and will start from 5th October.
Valorant has become one of the favourite FPS titles in India and the rigorous competition in its esports ecosystem have paved the way for many players to go pros. Several tournament organizers are boosting this growth by organizing different events and Penta Esports have also presented an opportunity for budding talent.
As mentioned earlier, this event will kickstart from 5 October and run over multiple stages to conclude on 24th October. Two open qualifiers will be held and will be followed by grand finale where top two teams from each bracket will fight with four invited teams to grab the throne.
The tournament has a massive prize pool of ₹5,00,000 and it will be distributed as follows:

The registrations for this tournament have already started on 24th September and will go on till 8th October on Penta Esports’ newly launched platform. The entire tournament will be exclusively broadcasted on Facebook and the broadcast will begin from quarterfinals of respective qualifiers.
This event will also mark the launch of Penta Esports’ platform, pentaesports.com. The platform will be a one stop destination for all things esports, including match schedules, match results, VODs of tournaments and leagues, content, news, announcements and much more.
The platform will allow users to discover and register for tournaments. It will also allow teams to create recruitment posts and players to find teams. This will enable a lot more players to participate in tournaments for team-based game titles.
