Fnatic, G2 are coming to PLG Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi

The tournament runs from December 13-15, in Abu Dhabi, featuring 16 teams that will battle it out for their share of the $100,000 prize pool.

Jordanian side Chosen5 are the last team to be invited, thus completing the final 16, which contains a mix of top international teams and lower ranked teams from within the region. Chosen5 are most known for producing hellraisers ace Issa “issa” Murad, and fell just short of winning the WESG 2018 Africa Grand Finals.

The spotlight, though, will be on the two heavyweights and favourites, G2 and Fnatic, as well as rising team Hellraisers, as Asia is slowly getting exposed to top teams participating in the region. It will be the first big test for G2, who changed their roster by bringing in Lucky and JaCkz from 3D Max.

It also promises to provide exposure to some up and coming Asian teams, like NASR and BOOT-d[S], to compete among the best in a bid to improve their own game.
