PUBG Mobile announces collaboration with Godzilla vs Kong

PUBG Mobile has announced a big collaboration with Godzilla vs Kong, the upcoming action film, on the occasion of their third anniversary. Tencent held a big show on this occasion and to make the celebrations special, many big announcements regarding the game were made.

Tencent released PUBG Mobile in March 2018 and as the game gained popularity worldwide, the developers started celebrating the anniversary in-game in many different ways. In the last two years, PUBG Mobile’s anniversary was celebrated by some new in-game modes and exclusive outfits.

On the occasion of the third anniversary, Tencent threw a large party for their player base. This party featured famous DJs like R3HAB, Alesso, and Lost Frequencies and each of them revealed their new songs at the event.

PUBG Mobile will be getting an exclusive in-game mode based on the movie. The trailer was aired during the celebrations and while the details about this new mode are unknown for now, players can expect to come across these mighty creatures in-game as well.

PUBG Mobile has also made some other major announcements during this event. Tencent revealed that the title has crossed one billion downloads landmark and this is a massive feat for any game. A new in-game map will also be added next month.

Karakin was expected to arrive in the recent update but a different game mode was added. Now, Tencent has officially revealed that Karakin will be added to PUBG Mobile on 7th April.

The release date of Godzilla vs Kong-based PUBG Mobile mode has not been revealed but players can expect it to arrive in-game very soon.
