Each rank, except Champions, has five levels (V to I). For example, Copper V is the lowest, and Copper I is the highest before moving to Bronze V.

Your MMR, which is hidden, determines how much RP you gain or lose after each match. If you perform well, you’ll earn more RP. If you lose, you’ll lose RP. The system tries to match you with players of similar MMR, so games are fair and competitive.
