Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev has been playing with Team Liquid for just over four months now and earlier today the organisation released a statement announcing that he will be leaving the team.
During his time on Team Liquid S1mple became the star player showcasing his amazing skills against other top level teams. Team Liquid announced that the reason s1mple is leaving is because he friends and family as well as his concern over his role in the team.

For the time being, s1mple will remain a streamer with Team Liquid until s1mple gets picked up by another organisation. Eric “adreN” Hoag will be replacing s1mple which is partially ironic because S1mple replaced adreN when joining the team at the start of the year.
Team Liquid recently finished top four at the recent major, MLG Columbus. s1mple was one of the top performers of the entire tournament so its not doubt that supporters are surprised about this announcement.
