S8UL Esports’ Goldy Debunks BGMI Ban Rumors

S8UL Esports’ co-owner Lokesh “Goldy” Jain recently dispelled the ongoing rumors surrounding the potential Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) ban. Goldy claimed that he had received confirmation from a high-ranking Krafton authority that the rumor is untrue. He urged caution among gamers, and affirmed BGMI’s stability as long as Krafton adhered to the rules and regulations set by the government.

S8UL Esports’ Goldy Provides Reassurance: BGMI Ban Rumor Not True

In a recent livestream, Goldy addressed the ongoing rumor suggesting that another BGMI ban might be imminent. In response, he unequivocally stated that claims of an impending ban are false. He further elaborated, mentioning that he had received a message from a high-ranking authority at Krafton, the developer behind BGMI, confirming that the rumor about the game being banned is unfounded. “I want to make it clear that I’ve received a message from one of the highest authorities at Krafton stating that it’s not true. It’s just routine scrutiny, which has been happening regularly since the game’s return,” he said.

Goldy further criticized individuals spreading misinformation under the guise of exclusive updates. Dismissing such claims as baseless, he emphasized the importance of discernment within the gaming community. “All those people don’t know anything; they are just having fun. They are trying to contact others, including us. They are posting on their (Instagram) story that they cannot disclose (the source or provide further information about the news). You guys should be cautious. The game is not going anywhere,” he added.

Goldy added that BGMI will not be banned as long as Krafton complies with the rules and regulations set by the government. “Even the news clearly states that the government has demanded data from Krafton. And since the game’s launch, the developers have been required to provide it every quarter or six months. There’s nothing new. It’s just that this time the news got leaked,” he added.
