S8ul Esports to announce New State Mobile lineup soon

Animesh Agarwal aka 8Bit Thug, the co-owner of S8ul Esports has hinted at their expansion towards the New State Mobile esports lineup. In one of his recent live streams, he talked about signing a new roster for the New State Mobile.

He said, “The present scenario is that our BGMI lineup will not play any New State Mobile tournaments as of now. Mostly we will sign a new line for new state mobile. We will wait for the BGMI team until we will get confirmed news about the status of BGMI.”

To let you know, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) got banned on 28th July in the country. It will be close to one month since the game ban and there is no information on the status of the game. Whether the game will remain banned or we could expect its comeback in the upcoming month.

Looking at the current situation, many esports organizations and players are shifting towards New State Mobile. While many others are looking to shift soon. It is a futuristic-style multiplayer online battle royale video game similar to PUBG Mobile and BGMI.

Seen the immense gap in the BGMI esports viewership ecosystem, many tournament organizers have announced a dedicated New State Mobile esports for tier 1 teams. Upthrust Esports is one such TO’s that announced New State Mobile Challengers Showdown powered by Loco.

S8ul Esports New State lineup

The BGMI lineup of Team Soul was seen competing in this event where they finished at the 20th spot in the semi-finals round. A total of 16 matches were played by each team out o which the top 16 teams qualified through the grand finals. The event featured a prize pool of 3,00,000 INR where ‘Post Nut Clarity’ won the event with 225 points. Sypher from Team Mavi won the MVP title with 47 finishes.
