PGL announced the talent lineup for the first CSGO Major in two years today via Twitter, which includes some new names as well as familiar faces from back in the day.
Veteran esports journalist and Dexerto reporter, Richard Lewis returns as host for the Stockholm Major. The analyst desk will be comprised of journalist Duncan ‘Thorin’ Shields, ex MIBR and FaZe Clan coach Janko ‘YNk’ Paunovic, former player Mathieu ‘Maniac’ Quiquerez, and Analyst Sudhen ‘Bleh’ Wahengbam.
Valorant caster Daniel ‘ddk’ Kapadia returns for the first time in a while, having only cast CS summit events ever since Valorant came out. He will be present with long-time casting partner James ‘Bardolph’ Bardolph.
Chad ‘SPUNJ’ Burchill and Alex ‘Machine’ Richardson, the two stalwarts of casting will be casting their first Major together, while Anders ‘Anders’ Blume and Auguste ‘Semmler’ Massonnat return to bring back the days of old.
The biggest surprise is perhaps the return of veteran caster Matthew ‘Sadokist’ Trivett who will be returning to casting for the first time in nearly 1.5 years, having cast his last event in early 2020 and then only returning for the StarLadder CIS RMR, accompanied by Jason ‘Moses’ O’Toole who also returned to casting after a brief coaching stint with Liquid.
