Among the celebrated winners were two renowned gamers, Tanmay “ScoutOP” Singh and Payal “Payal” Dhare, who took home top honors in their respective categories. Interestingly, both Scout and Payal are a part of the same renowned Indian esports organization S8UL Esports.
Scout becomes Gamer of the Year and Payal becomes Female Gamer of the Year at the Global Excellence Awards 2024
Scout is one of the most popular gamers in India and has played a crucial role in the development of the Indian gaming and esports industry over the last six years. He emerged victorious in the coveted ‘Gamer of the Year’ award at the Global Excellence Awards 2024. As of writing this article, Scout boasts a massive 4.94 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and over 3.9 million followers on his Instagram handle.
Payal, on the other hand, shattered stereotypes and redefined what it means to be a female gamer. Payal took home the ‘Gamer of the Year’ award in the female category at the Global Excellence Awards 2024. Payal started his content creation journey in 2019, and she is one of the first female mobile gaming content creators in India. As of writing this article, Payal has a massive 3.79 million subscribers on her YouTube channel and over 3.2 million followers on her Instagram handle.
