Ser Winter banned from OTV Rust server post PvP abuse

The drama surrounding OTV Rust server continues to grow and things have gotten far worse with Ser Winter banned by OfflineTV over PvP abuse.

A large part of the blame has zeroed in on Ser Winter utilizing more experience of Rust to abuse other players with less experience. He at first shielded himself from the allegations of ‘clout pursuing’, yet his situation on the server has regardless been since repudiated.

“Guys, the Rust OTV servers are great for our community right now, and I did have a lot of fun on there, but it’s the end of an era. I’ve been humbly banned, which is completely fair and fine.” read his tweet.

The offlineTV Rust server was aimed at bringing Rust streamers closer to other popular content creator, and put together an organization for everyone to enjoy the beauty of Rust. However, things turned far from that as the plan was followed by a string of disagreements among the ranks of streamers leading notable streamers like Pokimane to part ways with it.

With things multiple things going south with the OTV Rust server, OfflineTV might chose to shut down the project in its entirety. No one would like to bid adieu to the Rust games, so we can be hopeful that the players fix thier internal issues and maintain a healthy competition.
