Serbia’s Dav picked up by Indian org. Entity Gaming

Entity have announced the signing of Serbian Pro David ‘Dav’ Miljanić, after the departure of 22-year-old Ishpreet “HuNtR” Chadha to Team Invictus.

Earlier today, we had reported that HuNtR had left Team Entity due to personal commitments, after which Entity was on the lookout for his replacement. It has now been confirmed that they have picked up Serbian Pro David ‘Dav’ Miljanić, who has been without a team since June this year, and was last featured with Serbian team Bajini Puleni.

The 27 year old rifler will add firepower to the lineup, as Entity look to consolidate their position as the number 1 Indian team. He has an HLTV rating of 0.94, and a K/D of 0.92, which may not seem too impressive, but in the context of the rising Indian scene, may prove to be a good start. One stat that stands out is that whenever he has got the opening pick, his team have won over 69 percent of the rounds, showing how important his kills prove to be.

Apart from that, Entity seems to follow the lines of the now disbanded OpTic India in recruiting foreign players for Indian rosters, as apart from the obvious skill difference, they bring with them valuable experience, knowledge, work ethics and practice routines from well developed CS scenes, which can prove to be invaluable in such a team to take them to the next level and compete internationally.

While one might argue that the forsaken hacking was the sole reason that OpTic had such dominating performances regionally, many experts and pros believe that the acquisition of Lucas “yb” Gröning helped a lot in developing brilliant strats, having great mid round calls and overall helping the team have a more structured look in them. Entity would look to do the same with Dav, as they have yet to reach their ceiling in terms of what they can achieve, and would hope this move will help them compete in Asia.

Dav is most renowned for his time at Serbian team Squared, in which he was the longest serving player, and won the ESL Major League 2017, as well as coming 2nd in the VIP Adria League Season 1 Finals, having been 3rd in the league stage. HuNtR, on the other hand, will look to rejoin Invictus as he seeks to fulfill his personal commitments.

Entity Gaming’s complete roster is:
