SK Gaming part ways with its current CS:GO lineup as announced on their website. After June 30th, the Danish roster will be free to search for another organization to play for as announced further on the portal.
As seen on the SK gaming’s official website, “Today we bid farewell to our Danish Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team. After more than one exciting year together, the players and SK Gaming will part ways as our contracts expire June 30th.” wrote JPW.
This further, puts light on the on going controversial rumor which suggests SK might be heading towards suing Luminosity players if they don’t adhere to their previously signed agreements. As reported by many media outlets, FalleN and co. will now have to move to SK or they will be barred from playing any future Valve-sponsored events, which no team would agree upon.
SK Gaming will follow up shortly with further information regarding its CS:GO division.
“Following the departure of Jacob ‘Pimp’ Winneche, the remaining four players Andreas ‘MODDII’ Fridh, Asger ‘AcilioN’ Larsen, Michael ‘Friis’ Jörgensen and Emil ‘MagiskB0y’ Reif will look for new opportunities.” added JPW.
We will see how it goes with both the organization when it becomes a reality. This farewell surely adds flavor to the on going treat.
