SuperGaming Announces Indus Esports Invitational With Rs. 10,00,000 Prize Pool

Made-in-India battle royale, Indus, is all set to host its inaugural official esports tournament on 28th October 28 under the banner of the “Indus Esports Invitational.” Developed by SuperGaming, Indus is an Indo-Futuristic battle royale game designed for mobile, PC, and consoles, and it is currently available for pre-registration on Google Play for Android. Furthermore, pre-registrations for the game have already surpassed the 7 million mark.

Roby John, the co-founder and CEO of SuperGaming, expressed gratitude for the enthusiastic response from the gaming community, stating, “Since our last community playtest in our studio, we feel we’re ready to see how the game performs in competitive environments featuring India’s best teams. We’re grateful for their support in building India’s most ambitious battle royale to date.”

Indus Esports Invitational: Teams, Prize Pool, and More

The Indus esports tournament has invited the following prominent teams:

  • Orangutan
  • Godlike Esports
  • Team 8bit
  • Global Esports
  • Enigma Gaming
  • Reckoning Esports

In addition to these teams, Indus content creators, community members, and winners of past playtests will also participate in the tournament. The event boasts a substantial total prize pool of Rs. 10,00,000, with the winners set to receive Rs. 5,00,000, while the runners-up, third-place, and fourth place will secure Rs. 2,50,000, Rs. 1,00,000, and Rs. 50,000, respectively. Furthermore, the tournament will reward the Most Valuable Player with Rs. 1,00,000.

The version of Indus used for this esports competition will encompass the entirety of the Virlok map, improved control options, design balances, and visual enhancements. Moreover, you can view the recently released gameplay clip.

Players will have the opportunity to provide feedback on various aspects of the game and influence the direction of SuperGaming’s title through this official esports tournament. Furthermore, this marks the fifth occasion where SuperGaming has actively involved its community in playing the game.

This approach aligns with SuperGaming’s previous successes, such as MaskGun and Silly Royale, popular multiplayer games that have garnered over 80 million players. These titles prioritize the player experience, with some of the most dedicated community members making in-game appearances and celebrating India-specific events like Diwali.

Where to Watch?

The first-ever Indus esports tournament can be watched live on the Indus Discord server, but slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For more information, please visit our Discord Server.

For those interested in obtaining Indus Closed Beta Keys, pre-register for the game on Google Play to be among the first to access the closed beta. Additionally, players should join the Indus Discord server to receive notifications about upcoming key drops, as keys are in limited supply.
