Swatting and Police Raids have forced xQc back to Canada

Multiple incidents of swatting and police raids in Austin, Texas have forced popular Twitch streamer xQc back to his homeland in Canada.

Even though filing a false report and complaints with Government authorities is a crime, but that doesn’t stop xQc ill-wishers to use the emergency services for pranks. Multiple incidents where xQc’s home has been swatted and raided by the authorities over a false report made it impossible for him to continue his life here which provoked the decision to move back to Canada.

Texas is often chosen as an ideal place to leave given the taxation law is quite forgiving for its residents but that wasn’t enough to convince xQc to bear the constant harassment from authorities over false reports.

“It didn’t make sense to me (to stay in Texas) and I got so scared, I just said, ‘I want to go home.'”

In light of the gambling trend on Twitch, xQc has been under fire from several prominent Twitch streamers including Pokimane.
