Tommyinnit says he stream sniped shroud before he became a Twitch bigshot

Shroud has established himself as one of the biggest content creators to have embraced the streaming industry, many judged his decision to leave professional Counter-Strike to pursue a career in streaming, but his success silenced all haters. His growth brought admirers and Minecraft star Tommyinnit turns out to be one of them.

Stream sniping is when someone watches a streamer while playing on the same server with them to gain unfair information that gives them an upper hand against the streamer. However, some of the shroud’s snipers were a bit different, instead of killing them they rather help him fend off enemies.

They shared guns, armors, and several other resources, including proving fire backup when the streamer was backed in a corner. Tommyinnit comes out as one of those admirers.

14 at the time, Tommyinnit admired Shroud and his PUBG streams, which motivated him to wait for hours to queue into a game with Shroud. Once he got into the game, instead of killing him, Tommy would help him fight enemies, help him find guns and resources. After following this trend for a few games, shroud realized what was going on and acknowledged his presence.

Tommyinnit comes clean about stream sniping but it is little for everyone to complain about as he never used the unfairly gained information to use it to get an upper hand rather help Shroud in every opportunity he got. He is arguably the biggest streamer on Twitch right now after his newfound success in 2020. Twitch will probably let Tommy off the hook as everyone likes a little banter.
