TSM India signs a new Free Fire roster

Team Solomid has hired a new roster under their Indian division for competing in yet another mobile battle royale title called Free Fire. TSM India revealed the roster lineup via a post on their social media handle and the organization has acquired an entire team called Sixth Sense.

TSM entered India by collaborating with Entity Gaming and formed TSM Entity, one of the best PUBG Mobile rosters in the region which claimed most of the trophies in the competitive tournaments and the organization is planning to do the same with Free Fire. In a post captioned “MEET THE ROSTER THAT’S GOING TO TAKE HOME EVERY TROPHY”, TSM announced their entry into Free Fire esports.

The North American roster has hired a veteran team in Free Fire which was known as Sixth Sense prior to this acquisition. This roster has been a part of almost every major Free Fire tournament held this year on a regional level and has produced good results. Their most recent achievement is winning Free Fire Tri Series 2021, a multinational tournament with teams from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh competing for a prize pool of $50,000.

The new Free Fire roster for TSM India will feature following players:

  • Sagar ‘Illuminati’ Patel
  • Titas ‘Stoner’ Roy
  • Jayesh ‘Mr.Jay’ Yadav
  • Indranil ‘Indro’ Saha
  • Naitik ‘OLDMONK’ Khoshto

TSM India is also reportedly planning to drop their Battlegrounds Mobile India roster in the near future and the motive behind this unexpected step is not known yet. Free Fire roster will be boasting the new “TSM FTX” name because of the recent $210 million naming rights deal between TSM and FTX Trading limited. It will be interesting to see how this roster performs with the name of TSM on their back.
