The Valorant Squad Boost Event has returned for this holiday season, and players now have a chance to gain some fast XP for their Battle Passes and Agent Contracts.
Riot Games has reintroduced the Squad Boost event to Valorant to enable players to grind their Battle Passes quickly before the Episode ends, as well as to provide them with an incentive to play in a party with their friends.
The Squad Boost event will be active in Valorant from December 22 to January 5.
What is Valorant Squad Boost ?
During the Valorant Squad Boost event, players queuing in a party will receive additional XP for queuing with friends. Additionally, the extra XP percentage increases based on the number of players in your party.
For instance, a player queuing up in a two-man party will receive 8% extra XP, while three-man and five-man parties will gain 12% and 20% extra XP respectively. To gain the most amount of XP from this event, players should ideally be queuing in a party of 5.
That’s all you need to know about the Valorant Squad Boost event. Valorant Episode 3 Act 3 will run until January 11, 2022, which means that players still have over two weeks to finish their Battle Passes before it gets replaced by a new one.
