Alliance on Twitter have annoucnned the addition of Alexandre “xms” Forté to their Valorant division on a trial basis.
The European organization decided to round off their Valorant roster with xms, an ex-CSGO professional who previously played for Team Envy, LDLC, and lastly for Heretics before deciding to make the Switch to Riot’s first-person tactical shooter. Though Alliance went on to qualify for VCT’s Masters event, being the first team from Europe to achieve the feat, they parted ways with Vilius “krea6on” Malinauskas.
Formerly from CSGO, during his time at Team Envy, xms steered his side to the championship at the DreamHack Open Atlanta 2017 where Envy overcame Heroic in the BO3 Grand Finale. Post this, the 23-year-old Frenchman helped the team to place second in the European Minor of the ELEAGUE Boston Major in 2018.
Before making the Switch to Valorant, xms played alongside Fabien ‘kioShiMa’ Fiey at Team Heretics. Upon entering the former, he represented “Almost International” and “Team Finest” before he was acquired by Alliance for their Pro Valorant.
With the signing of xms, Alliance are now:
- Enzo “Fearoth” Mestari
- Tautvydas “hype” Paldavicius
- Thomas “kAdavra” Johner
- Niels “luckeRRR” Jasiek
- Alexandre “xms” Forté (On Trial for 3 months)
