CSGO Legend GeT_RiGhT teases Valorant Switch

Counter Strike legend Christopher 'GeT_RighT' Alesund has hinted at a switch to Valorant on his Twitter.

CSGO legend Christopher ‘GeT_RighT’ Alesund has hinted at a switch to Valorant on his Twitter. The former Ninjas in Pyjamas rifler, who is hailed as one of the best lurkers and players to touch the game of CSGO, recently became inactive after Dignitas chose to bench the 30-year-old star.

GeT_RighT started dropping hints about a potential return from the start of December and hinted at an announcement of sorts coming on December 26 in his tweet on December 19.

The Swedish star has now teased a potential entry into the Valorant scene, walking in the footsteps of several of his former colleagues in the Counter Strike Global Offensive scene; prime examples being Spencer ‘Hiko’ Martin and Kirill ‘ANGE1’ Kiriasow.

If GeT_RighT is indeed stepping into the Valorant scene, it is at an opportune time, with several teams going through a shuffle in the proverbial off-season after the culmination of the First Strike series.

It will be intriguing to see which team welcomes GeT_RighT or if the Swedish star chooses to make a new roster altogether. Whatever be the case, on Boxing Day, GeT_RighT has once again shown his fighting spirit and that he’s ready for a new chapter in his career.
