Ninja Lashes Out At 17-Year-Old Valorant Teammate For Underperforming In Ranked

The Twitch star burst out at his team’s Reyna as he accused him for “not trying hard enough” in the game.

Iconic video game streamer Tyler “Ninja” Blevins is known to be competitive in nature. This might be a result of the fact that he was previously a part of the professional scenes of multiple video game titles. However, this competitive nature of the 29-year-old Ninja led to him lashing out at one of his teammates after they failed to live up to Ninja’s expectations in Valorant.

The #1 streamer on Twitch has recently focused on Valorant in attempts of going pro at the tactical shooter by Riot. He has also managed to reach the in-game rank of ‘Radiant’, the uppermost rank of the competitive spectrum.

During a ranked Valorant game that Ninja live-streamed on his Twitch channel a few days ago, Ninja’s team was down 0-6 in the first few rounds on Haven.

After teammate ‘P0L0’ typed something in the in-game chat responding to the enemy team’s texts, Ninja burst out on him. “P0LO shut up,” he said, “stop f**king talking to the enemy team.”

This, in turn, led to a series of insults from both parties.

“I don’t give a f*** who you are,” he responded. “You’re not going to tell me to shut up.”

Ninja’s reply was swift to follow, “How about I tell you to shut the f**k up and stop playing the game because you’re f**king awful at it?”

The series of insults continued from both sides.

“How are you Radiant bro? You’re literally bottom fragging on Reyna,” Ninja continued.

However, in the later stages of the game, the two managed to focus on the game and were able to make somewhat of a ‘comeback’.

While they were unable to seal a victory, they managed to close the game 8-13, which is quite a good result considering that they were losing 0-6 in the initial stages of the match.

“You guys know how I stand when it comes to matchmaking games,” Ninja said to his viewers after the match ended. “If you’re playing a competitive game and your excuse is ‘relax, it’s just ranked,’ you’re just a piece of s**t.”
