Skye Valorant Abilities – Everything You Need To Know

The patch 1.11 was rolled back and Skye was removed from the game after a series of technical difficulties surrounding the patch surfaced.

The Australian agent Skye has finally re-entered the world of Valorant. After being initially introduced a few days ago through patch 1.11, the agent was rolled back along with the entire patch due to some technical difficulties which Riot fixed over the duration that the patch was out.

Players in-game can purchase the agent right now by unlocking her level 5 contract in exchange for 1000 Valorant Points, which is about $10 USD in real money. You can also grind your way up her contract, but that would take a significant amount of time.

Now that Skye is finally here, let’s take a look at the skillset she packs.

VALORANT SKYE ABILITIES –

TRAILBLAZER – Q

EQUIP a Tasmanian tiger trinket. FIRE to send out and take control of the predator. While in control, FIRE to leap forward, exploding in a concussive blast and damaging directly hit enemies.

GUIDING LIGHT – E

EQUIP a hawk trinket. FIRE to send it forward. HOLD FIRE to guide the hawk in the direction of your crosshair. RE-USE while the hawk is in flight to transform it into a flash that plays a hit confirm if an enemy was within range and line of sight.

REGROWTH

Channel to heal allies in a certain radius.

ULTIMATE ABILITY: SEEKERS

EQUIP a Seeker trinket. FIRE to send out three Seekers to track down the three closest enemies. If a Seeker reaches its target, it near sights them.

This skillset is certain to make Skye a favorite among Valorant players in pubs and the professional scene alike. Her utility, combined with the AoE heal and the amazing ultimate can allow her team to take down sites and chokepoints at ease.

Alongside the release of Skye, the new map Icebox will also be available to play in competitive mode.

From the first looks, Skye can potentially be one of the best initiators in the entire game.
