In a new episode of Valorant’s ‘Dev Diaries,’ Riot Games has announced a bunch of exciting additions to their competitive shooter, Valorant Team Deathmatch. These include new Agents, a new progression system, and the introduction of a brand-new game mode, Valorant Team Deathmatch, with the next update.
A recent video posted on the official Riot Games YouTube handle enables fans to take a sneak peek at everything that the upcoming Valorant Episode 7 Act 1 update has to offer.
The heavily anticipated team deathmatch game mode is all set to be introduced to Valorant alongside the next update. Codenamed ‘HURM’, this new game mode is expected to pit eight players in a 4v4 Team Deathmatch game where the use of abilities will be allowed.
On top of that, the Riot devs have also confirmed that they will be adding new custom maps exclusive to this game mode.
Valorant Team Deathmatch Game Mode ‘HURM’ Release Date
As already confirmed by Riot Games, the ‘HURM’ game mode will hit the live servers with the Episode 7 update.
While the exact release date of the update hasn’t been disclosed as of yet, fans can expect the update to go live in around three weeks.
Taking a glance at the current Battle Pass, the expected date for Episode 7 Act 1 release in Valorant is around June 28, 2023.
