Act 2 of Episode 3 dubbed as “Reflection” has been postponed, Valorant announced today on Twitter. A string of constraints have been cited by the Developers ahead of the launch of Act 2, pushing the launch of the latter to September 8. The exact time of the launch is yet to be decided by Riot as they now look forward to providing the community with Episode 3 Act 2 with a better “quality bar”.
This announcement further explains the ongoing Valorant Act 1 which has been extended for two more weeks followed by Competitive and progression adjustments due for the near future. Act 1 ends on September 7 as per the updated terms tweeted by Valorant. In the wake of the former, the current Battlepass has also been extended with Act 1 and will be a bonus for those who haven’t yet fully progressed the same.
About the Battlepass, players can now use the daily and weekly missions to progress. Each day would give you 2 missions while each week would have 3 new missions to unlock. In the process, players get a total of 20 new missions if they are looking to round up their Valorant Battlepass.
The ongoing Valorant Act 1 brought us the brand new Agent KAY/O along with a Battlepass featuring the K-TAC weapon cosmetic collection.
As mentioned above, Valorant tends to propel the Quality bar of Act 2 which could add up to the hype at the Stage 3 Masters Berlin event, starting from September 9. The Stage 3 Masters is a part of the Valorant Champions Tour Circuit and the winner at the same would qualify for the Ultimate Champions event (the venue is yet to be decided).
Earlier, the timer of your Battlepass was set to expire in 13 days which now has been changed to an updated figure of 28.
With the launch scheduled on September 8, Valorant and TalkEsport advise you all to follow your region’s timezone for keeping tabs on the same.
