According to a report from neLendirekt from 1pv.fr, G2 Esports might sign Aleksander “Zeek” Zygmunt as their 5th player for Pro Valorant.
In December, the French Organization parted ways with David “Davidp” Prins in a bid to replace the latter with someone who could take up the leadership role on the current roster, something which they lacked till then. This decision was finalized after Oscar “mixwell” Cañellas and his troops were shown the door by Team Heretics at the First Strike.
After trying out with a couple of players, G2 Esports might round up their roster with the signing of Aleksander “Zeek” Zygmunt as their fifth player. The 19yo Polish player previously represented the European side nolpenki before the players of the same decided to part ways on a mutual note. Zeek under nolpenki steered the team to the First Strike playoffs where they fell to FPX Esports.
If this deal goes through, Zeek would be expected to give up Sova as his main operator as Ardis “ardiis” Svarenieks has already mastered it on the current roster. Along with this, it has also been reported by neLendirekt that Neil “nEiLZiNHo” Finlay, former CS:S and CSGO player has also been trialing with the team and most likely would take up the coaching reigns
With this potential report, G2 Esports Valorant would have:
- Oscar “mixwell” Canellas
- Ardis “ardiis” Svarenieks
- Jacob “pyth” Mourujarvi
- Patryk “paTiTek” FabrowskiAleksander “zeek” Zygmunt
- Neil “nEiLZiNHo” Finlay (Coach)
