Only a few days remain before the highly anticipated Valorant Episode 4 Act 3 hits the live servers. The 4.08 patch will bring a plethora of changes to the competitive shooter which include a massive nerf to Jett, a fresh Battle Pass, new skin bundles, and much more!

Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming Valorant patch 4.08:

Valorant Patch 4.08 Jett Nerfs

The third Act of Episode 4 isn’t something that Jett mains are looking forward to, as it heavily checks the mobility of the Korean Duelist by instating a 12-second window for her to use her Dash once the Ability is used.

“We love what Jett brings to the roster, but some of her impacts on the game have pushed beyond VALORANT’s core tactical cycle in worrisome ways,” the Valorant Twitter handle posted. “So, we’re adjusting her Tailwind in Patch 4.08 to address this concern.”

Here are the nerfs to Jett in patch 4.08 as stated in an official blog post by Riot:

Tailwind

  • On pressing the ability key, after a short delay Jett activates a 12 second window where she is empowered to immediately dash on next button press.
  • Her Tailwind charge is lost whether she dashes or the window expire, but can still be regained with two kills.

Valorant Patch 4.08 Release Date

The Episode 4 Act 3 update is scheduled to land on April 27, 2022, as confirmed by the developers themselves.

Valorant Episode 4 Act 3 Battle Pass Skins

Not much is known about the new skins that the Episode 4 Act 3 Battle Pass will bring to the title, but dataminers have given us the general idea of what the skins will look like.

As revealed by prominent Valorant leaker ‘ValorLeaks’, ”The Battlepass is back with some pearlescent, cybernetic, and tactically-themed skins plus plenty of other eye-catching cosmetics ready to be earned.”

From the leaked text, it seems that the Episode 4 Act 3 Battle Pass will bring some attractive skins to the title, something that the Act 2 Battle Pass has failed to do.
