Valorant Conquerors Champions (VCC 2022) registrations goes live today

Valorant Conquerors Championship 2022, the path for South Asian teams to make a name for themselves at the biggest stage of Valorant has been announced. South Asia’s leading esport company, Nodwin Gaming have partnered with Riot Games to organise VCC 2022 in South Asia.

Valorant Conquerors Championship follows the same format as its first edition, which took place in June of 2021. Qualifying teams from each sub-region will go through the VCC Playoffs to reach the grand finals and the top two South Asian teams will make their way to Split 1 Asia Pacific (APAC) Challenger Playoffs. The winner will then play at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022 Masters Split 1.

VCC 2022 gives teams from the South Asian region a chance to compete with the best. The winners of VCC will have a slot at the APAC Challenger Playoffs whose winner will make it to VCT 2022 Masters Split 1 as part of Riot’s Roadmap for Valorant Champions 2022.

The schedule for VCC 2022:

  • January 22 to February 13, 2022 — Qualifiers
  • February 18 to 20, 2022 — Playoffs
  • February 25 to 27, 2022 — Grand finals

Slots and Qualifier Details for VCC 2022

1. India – 2 Qualifiers, 2 Slots

2. Pakistan & Afghanistan – 1 Qualifier, 1 Slot

3. Sri Lanka & Maldives – 1 Qualifier, 1 Slot

4. Bangladesh – 1 Qualifier, 1 Slot

5. Nepal & Bhutan – 1 Qualifier, 1 Slot

6. Wildcard – 1 Qualifier, 2 Slots

VCC 2022 Prize Pool

VCC 2022 will have a prize pool of $30,000, with the winners taking home $15,000 and second place winning $7,500.

The MVP – Most Valuable Player of the tournament will also be taking home $1,500 in prize money. Apart from the prize pool, the chance to compete with the best of the best at the Global Stage is what teams will be looking forward to the most. 

How to register for VCC 2022?

Players can register for VCC 2022, on Nodwin Gamings official website. The registrations are now open and teams can register for the tournament with a maximum of 6 players. The tournament is Free to Play, and anyone can register for the Qualifiers of VCC 2022. All the details are available at the VCC website here.
