Yet another player from the Colossus makes his switch to Valorant. Cloud9 on Twitter have announced the addition of Erick “Xeppaa” Bach to their Blue Valorant division.
Moments after Floppy made his switch to Valorant, we got to know about Xeppaa who too decided to call it quits on his Counter Strike career and follow the steps of the former to the North American squad’s Valorant men’s roster.
The 20yo Prodigy along with his teammates were released by Chaos Esports Club in December 2020, after the “Ongoing Corona Pandemic” hindered the organization’s ability to support the team. Soon later he was acquired by Cloud9 for their Colossus, a CS:GO project initially handled and run by Henry “HenryG” Greer following the events of Özgür “Woxic” Eker leaving the team citing unreliably high ping issues and compromising time zones. But soon this initiative was too brought to a halt as Cloud9 decided to put their Counter Strike division on hold, leaving the players to move to an inactive role.
Today, the North American side has decided to bring in Xeppaa as the 6th man for their Valorant Blue division. Earlier Ricky “Floppy” Kemery also made his switch to Valorant after suffering a hiatus from Cloud9’s above-mentioned decision. As of now, it’s known that Floppy has replaced Tyler “Relyks” Weaver on the roster and will debut against T1 in the upcoming VCT Challenger 2 event.
