Former Valorant Pro ‘Xhade’ Continues Streaming Valorant Despite Confessing to Cheating on Stream

Xhade got banned two months ago for cheating in Valorant.

Abhay ‘xhade’ Urkude isn’t a new name to fans of the Indian esports scene. The former team Paratroops pro has made it to the headlines recently after he confessed to hacking in Valorant during a live stream after he received a permanent ban from the shooter and its esports scene. However, surprisingly enough, xhade continues to stream Valorant on his YouTube channel to this day despite all this.

For the unaware, xhade admittedly hacked in Valorant for a day to boost himself up to Radiant, the most prestigious rank in the title. He claimed that he started getting annoyed after repeatedly facing hackers in matchmaking and decided to try out some cheats himself to move up the competitive spectrum.

While we have seen how strict Riot’s anti-cheat policies are, the community is undoubtedly surprised seeing the former pro stream Valorant again. Vanguard’s HWID bans should prevent xhade from playing the game through new accounts, and Riot is also known for manually removing hackers from their game who try to circumvent the system.

It’s unclear if xhade will be allowed to continue to play Valorant once again, or if the Riot admins will decide to manually ban him in the future on account of the past incidents.

Xhade is currently ranked Immortal in Valorant and his YouTube channel is boasting almost 1,000 subscribers.
