Virtus.Pro unveil new roster, bring back Snax and Byali

Virtus.Pro have announced their new roster, and with that brought back 2 players from the original squad in Janusz “Snax” Pogorzelski and Paweł “byali” Bieliński to form a new team.

They will be replacing the 2 legends Filip “NEO” Kubski and Jarosław “pashaBiceps” Jarząbkowski to make way for a younger squad. Their futures are undecided, with pashaBiceps stating on twitter that he would take some time off to assess his options.

The Russian Organisation also plans to retain awper Michal “snatchie” Rudzki and rifler Michał “MICHU” Müller, as they look to build their team around the promising duo. This, however, means that Piotr “morelz” Taterka also finds himself in the chopping block and is set to be replaced by Mateusz “TOAO” Zawistowski.

TOAO played most recently for AGO, had hit a rough patch, being rated at a measly 0.93, before being benched, but has shown great promise to warrant a place in the starting lineup for VP.

Snax returns to the organisation he spent most of his career at, after a brief stint with Mousesports that saw him win ESL One New York with them, but was soon replaced by Styko because he did not “fit the team.”

Byali, also a part of the famous core 5, returns after a short spell with Mikstura. As for the coach, Jakub “kuben” Gurczynski will retain his place despite interest from Tyloo.

This means that the new roster for VP for the next year looks as follows:

Michał “MICHU” Müller

Michał “snatchie” Rudzki

Paweł “byali” Bieliński

Janusz “Snax” Pogorzelski

Mateusz “TOAO” Zawistowski

Jakub “kuben” Gurczynski (coach)
