Why did Pokimane quit OfflineTV’s Rust Server?

OfflineTV started a Rust server on December 26 including 50 notable stars from the entertainment industry. The idea was to broadcast the games in collaboration with the stars, but it didn’t take much time for things to go south.

Playing with each other gave rise to a lot of issues and things didn’t turn as everyone hoped it would. After a few games passed smoothly, the blame game began, followed by a series of apologies.

All of this made it clear that the streamers weren’t enjoying each other’s presence and wanted a way out. A lot of people pointed their fingers at xQc, blamed him to be the root of the problem.

“I’m just not gonna get back on because I’m not having a good time, I don’t really have the energy to spend two hours getting stuff and then lose it all and have it despawn…. And then die to radiation.”

During her last stream, Pokimane went offline for some time only to come back to announce that she will be parting ways with OfflineTv (Rust Server) moving forward. According to her, she wasn’t enjoying her stay with the rest of the stars, which make her decision look like something taken out of frustration.

Given how things are turning out, Pokimane is definitely not the last one to leave with more streamers likely to go down the same route, making things look even darker for OfflineTV.
